Joe Aherne, our founder, established the business after working for a number of different multinationals from Ireland to the Middle East. Here, Joe recognised that positive change in organisations was achieved by going back to the very basics, the people. Hence the birth of Leading Edge Group, established to facilitate the real experts working in organizations - every manager, every operator, every administrator, every clinician, every CEO. Using our experience, we act as the lever for change.
