Accredited by Kent Business School at the University of Kent, UK, the Lean Green Belt Certification is offered across four streams:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management
- Healthcare
- Administration
This programme is offered at FHEQ level 4. Successful participants will receive 30 credits at this level.
The programme is delivered in an online or a combination of online and onsite learning (blended learning) format. It provides participants with an understanding of the theory and application of Lean concepts, tools and practices. In this programme participants have the opportunity to target an area within their organization and leverage their learning to initiate quantitative improvements.
