Lean Office Training Courses

The Leading Edge Group offer accredited online Lean education programs at Green Belt level designed specifically for those working in a Financial Services or the Office environment. These programs are suitable for those working in finance, shared services, administration and contact centres and use case studies and examples specific to the office environment to demonstrate the use of Lean tools and techniques.

Students can choose between certification from Kent Business College at the University of Kent (UK) or Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA). The CPA has signed a number of mutual recognition agreements with accounting bodies across the world including CGA Canada, CPA Australia and bodies in India and New Zealand. The CPA awards 30 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) structured hours to successful participants.
