Developed and delivered by our partner, CHA Learning, participants in this program will acquire practical knowledge and hands-on skills to successfully lead initiatives aimed at improving healthcare quality through effective leadership, strategy development, risk management, patient safety improvement, performance measurement and enhanced patient and family experiences. Graduates will have the confidence to act as coaches, champions and leaders who can foster and sustain change within their organization and work area. Participants will develop and apply learning activities in their own environment, benefiting their own work and organization while they learn.
This program is endorsed by Accreditation Canada and incorporates the Accreditation Standards into the curriculum. The LEADS leadership framework is also used to develop key leadership capabilities.
This program involves flexible, online study and application with expert faculty support.

Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate from CHA Learning.
Course Duration: Approximately 200 hours flexible online study, that can be completed in up to a maximum of 15 months
