The Lean White Belt certification program provides participants with a basic introduction to and awareness of Lean thinking; develops an appreciation for the applicability of Lean across the all sectors and creates the ability to participate on and contribute to an improvement project. It is the first step in learning about Lean and its relevance in the workplace. The program also enables participants to recognize those processes and activities that are providing value and quality care for patients and those that are wasteful and contributing to inefficient services and dissatisfaction. Assessment

This is a non-exam-based program. Participants are assessed based on completion and full participation. Upon successful completion participant will receive Lean White Belt certification from Leading Edge Group
