Adhir is a Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, learning and development and business management professional with over 18 years of experience in the public and private sectors, including Fortune 500 companies and international clients. An INFORMS Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, Adhir also holds a Science Degree with Mathematics and two MBA degrees in Marketing Management and Management Consulting.

He has applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve organizational performance and processes, with specific experience spanning several process improvement; defect and cost reduction; management consulting and change management projects. Adhir has also worked as a subject matter expert, content reviewer, instructor, and mentor with one of the world’s largest e-learning and corporate training companies for over ten years. In this role, he led over 400 hours of training development for Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black Belt candidates in all three formats; e-learning, face-to-face training and blended learning. He also coaches, mentors and facilitates on Lean and Six Sigma projects and certification.

Adhir’s data analytics experience includes acquiring data from multiple sources; identifying and interpreting trends or patterns; analyzing data to separate noise from insights through the use of statistical tools and communicating findings to a variety of stakeholders. His data analytics and management consulting projects help clients build a data-driven decision-making and analytics strategy; create measurement systems and data dashboards; develop predictive and prescriptive models (optimization and simulation) and validate/continuously improve data models to deliver business value and a competitive advantage for clients.

Adhir’s clients include several provincial and federal governments; Deloitte; General Motors; PricewaterhouseCoopers; Verizon; Prudential; Hewlett Packard; All India Management Association; Radiant Learning; Apollo Group; Saint Mary’s University, NS and Skillsoft Corporation. He has appeared in popular broadcasting and print media and has served on the boards, judging panels and executive committees of several organizations in Canada and other parts of the world.
