Brian’s passion is helping clients transform their businesses by providing an array of services including Lean Six Sigma, project and program management support, mentoring, process analysis and training.
Using data analysis and logic to develop compelling business cases he has worked effectively in different front and back-office Operations environments, supporting customer care, the order to cash cycle, supply chain and IT. He strives to deliver optimal solutions for end-customers and clients. Externally, this can be measured in terms of customer satisfaction with the service delivered, whilst internal measures include cost effectiveness and scalability of solutions. Previous clients include Microsoft, Google, Airbnb, Dell, An Post and the HSE together with other small, medium and large client portfolios.
He is an advocate of continuous improvement, process optimisation and scalable customer-oriented process design to enhance the customer’s experience whilst reducing the cost of providing services.
Brian has supported some of Leading Edge’s largest public sector Lean Transformation projects and has also provided training and mentoring to a diverse array of smaller companies under Dublin City Council’s Local Enterprise Office’s Lean program. Brian also supports the Leading Edge Group Healthcare division and delivers Lean Six Sigma Green training in the Middle East.
