Prior to commencing her own coaching practice, Caroline held HR & L&D Management positions in a number of multi-national companies across different sectors. During these 20+ years she successfully guided and supported these businesses through major transformative change including; start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, TUPE, restructuring and site closure, as well as through culture change associated with implementing Lean.

Caroline is skilled in problem solving and strategic thinking and has applied her business acumen, creativity and influencing skills to develop and implement breakthrough HR strategies to address critical business issues and support sustainable business development.
