Jennifer is a consultant with over 30 years of municipal experience, where her specialty and skillset lies in development approvals processes, design and construction. She has unparalleled experience working with municipal

projects from facility strategies, business case analysis, procurement strategies, public engagement, site plan, building permits, Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery execution.

Jennifer’s experience covers both public and private business sectors and crosses diverse business types and operating models. Jennifer has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the municipal, provincial and federal guidelines, laws, acts, statutes, regulations and bylaws affecting the municipal delivery of capital projects.

Jennifer has facilitated and assisted in implementing corporate strategic initiatives and municipal Council strategic priorities through business planning, budget, Council orientation and service delivery development. She also undertakes policy studies, zoning bylaw reviews, site plan and MZO applications. These are all undertaken through the lens of carbon neutral reduction strategies and climate emergency measures.

As well as a BA, Jennifer holds a PMP ®; is International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) certified and an Accredited Professional, Canadian Green Building Council (LEED AP ®).
