Mohamed is a senior Lean transformation expert and leadership coach with extensive experience supporting organisations in delivering operational excellence, productivity improvement, and sustainable business performance. He combines strong technical expertise with hands-on implementation capability, enabling organisations to translate Lean principles into measurable operational and financial impact.

With over 26 years of industrial experience, including more than 16 years in Lean transformation and change management, Mohamed has led and supported improvement programmes across manufacturing, FMCG, engineering, healthcare, logistics, oil & gas, and shared services environments. He has worked extensively across Egypt, KSA, UAE, and the wider GCC region.

Mohamed brings deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), process re-engineering, and talent development systems. He has a strong track record in developing leadership capability, coaching improvement practitioners, and embedding structured continuous improvement approaches within organisations.

His work includes productivity improvement, cost optimisation, quality enhancement, and operational performance transformation across multiple industries. He has led and contributed to over 35 transformation programmes and 250+ Kaizen initiatives, delivering significant improvements in efficiency, lead time, and cost performance. He has also trained and coached more than 1,700 professionals across Lean and Six Sigma programmes.

Mohamed is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive experience applying Lean methodologies across both manufacturing and service environments. His approach combines technical depth with strong coaching capability, enabling organisations to build internal capability, strengthen leadership behaviours, and sustain continuous improvement at scale.
