For these organizations he has managed programs that included strategic diagnosis of supply chains, capability improvement, taking procurement from tactical to strategic, tendering/negotiation, supplier performance management, process analysis/redesign, installing KPI measures, systems implementation, introduction of sustainability policies, organization redesign, production/operations management, planning and logistics.
Trained as an Engineer with an MBA strategist mindset and real experience as a change agent he is focused on designing and delivering highly sustainable solutions.
