Patti Rogers is a leader in process reengineering and has spent more than 20 years in business optimization, organizational effectiveness and change management. She is a consultant supporting organizations in Calgary and across Alberta, Canada.
Patti’s success has brought not only economic profit savings to organizations, but also record levels of employee engagement and reduction in churn. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has worked with companies that include TD Canada Trust; Ceridian; Air Canada and TELUS as well as several not for profit and small businesses in Western Canada, including Days Inn and VRV Global.
Patti undertook her undergraduate studies at Red River College, University of Winnipeg and McGill University, Montreal studying both business accounting and telecommunications. She has also served on the board of directors for the Canadian Payroll Association; Missing Children’s Society of Canada; American Society for Quality – Calgary Chapter; Women’s Canadian Club of Calgary and Calgary Police Service – Youthlink.
