Tom is an experienced consultant with the Leading Edge Group who joined the company in 2022.

Tom has over 15 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry.  He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and his academic achievements listed below include his successful studies in Lean enterprise excellence, quality management and technology, as well as electronics in engineering all at third level.

His areas of interest and expertise are in the areas of change management, leadership, expert problem solving, project/programme management, strategy development & deployment, coaching, capability development and business management.

He is a collaborative, strategic and solutions-orientated professional and has the natural ability to work with clients and their teams to deliver a project.

In his dedication to deliver upon the clients’ fundamental purpose and vision, Tom engages strongly with his team, is solutions focused and uses a collaborative approach to his work.

Tom also volunteers in his free time on a number of local community organisations, bringing his skills to a community level.
