Duncan Kerin is a senior transformation consultant with over 25 years of experience leading strategic and operational change across MedTech, higher education, healthcare, supply chain, and services. As accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he specialises in helping organisations achieve sustainable performance improvement through strategy development, operational transformation, and structured change management.

With a background in industrial engineering (B.Eng.) and postgraduate diplomas in Computer Engineering, Digital Transformation, and High-Performance Leadership (1st Class Honours), Duncan combines technical expertise with Lean leadership insight. His approach integrates Lean Six Sigma, Agile delivery, and design thinking to help clients strengthen strategies, optimise value streams, and build high-performance teams that consistently deliver measurable results.

He has successfully led multimillion-euro programmes and partnered with both multinationals and SMEs to implement global transformations, new service models, and digital initiatives. Known for his hands-on, outcome-driven style, Duncan ensures strategies move seamlessly into execution through strong governance, collaborative stakeholder engagement, and disciplined project delivery.
