David Dermardiros, Eng. BB. is an Industrial Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on industry experience. He holds a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt and specializes in business improvement and operational excellence. Throughout his career, David has worked with renowned companies such as Siemens Energy, Rolls Royce, Air Canada, Pratt & Whitney, and Espe, contributing significantly to their continuous improvement initiatives.

David has a strong background in change management, ensuring sustained improvements and active team involvement. He has documented and trained project managers, unionized employees, and support functions on standard operating procedures (SOPs). He is experienced in facilitating Kaizen events utilizing tools such as 5S, Ishikawa Diagrams, and the 5 Whys. His expertise also includes driving process improvement through Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate Non-Value Added (NVA) tasks.

David holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and earned Bachelors degrees in both Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
