Denis has worked as a senior operations and supply chain consultant over many years, providing support and guidance to many global organizations, particularly in developing end-to end processes that are practical, efficient and cost effective.
Denis studied Economics and Engineering and started his career as an industrial engineer – with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction. Denis became instrumental in developing supply chains across several US multinational and introducing MRP systems before joining Leading Edge Group as a Senior Consultant. Denis completed his studies in Cost & Management Accounting in 1989 and an MBA program in Supply Chain Operations in Cranfield Business School in 1990.
Denis has worked as an interim manager/project manager in the last 12 years with companies DPDHL, O2 & Telefonica supporting their management teams in a variety of areas: centralization of IT in CZ Republic, contractual negotiations on pan-European telecom projects (DPDHL), building end-to-end supply chain process for the delivery of telecom services (o2), acting as finance controller for significant pan-European telecom contracts with responsibility for business P&L and supporting contract renegotiations.
Denis has excellent interpersonal skills and very capable of fitting in with management in any level of an organization. His focus is always to support others to identify opportunities for improvement and then assist in problem solving and issue resolution.
