Donna brings over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, the US and Asia. She is a transformation leader focused on building high-performance businesses through continuous improvement cultures and empowering teams to deliver customer-focused results.

Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Prince2, and Prosci Change Management, Donna has led major transformation programs across industries such as banking, legal, hospitality, real estate and government services.

As Head of Business Performance at MAG Group (Keturah), she led process optimization, introduced Lean Six Sigma to onboarding, and developed performance metrics that boosted operational efficiency.

At the UAE Department of Economic Development, she managed the digital transition of 73 government services, and streamlined the end-to-end planning and budget process leading to 40%+ waste reduction. Donna holds a BA in Business Management from De Montfort University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
