Gerd is an experienced Lean Practitioner with over 20 years of hands-on lean experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Working with the Ford Motor Company, Gerd worked both in Ford facilities and with suppliers to Ford to identify and deliver improvements to quality, cost and lead-times. A strong focus on hands on application of lean tools and techniques and building capability in client companies through education and training. Gerd has extensive experience in delivering results in manufacturing and supply chain, delivered through understanding the business and driving down costs and waste in the value chain. Passionate about sustaining change through involvement and culture, Gerd is also an experienced trainer and facilitator.

Gerd holds an MBA and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt.
