Icten is a senior management consultant / project manager experienced in Lean, Agile Transformation and Change Management.  For the past 15 years, she has worked successfully on many projects targeting diverse areas and sectors. She has practical experience driving organisational transformations in large corporations and strong skills in proactively managing important and time-sensitive projects. She is experienced in managing change, dealing with challenges and developing new ways to maintain sustainable within the organisations by leading, training and coaching top clients, project teams and client employees on a day-to-day basis.  She has worked and managed multi-national teams based in Turkey, Europe, U.S, Middle East and South East Asia.

She has worked for 3M, P&G, L’oreal Turkey and Nestle Germany as Project Engineer / Manager and run OpEx plus CapEx projects.  She has worked as a project manager for the client projects (direct impact on P&L) and supported clients in their improvement project implementation. She was also responsible for distilling organisational insights and pain points into actionable transformation roadmaps.

With the last 6 years she has been focusing on Agile transformation and Scrum implementation, Mainly, she guides leaders, teams and individuals within the organisation on how to apply Agile ways of working in their setting, facilitate the implementation of sustainable change and enabling this transformation through traditional or agile project management approaches, provide insights into areas for improvements with a focus on outcomes . She has broad knowledge for Data Analysis, Change Management, Systems Thinking and Agile/Scrum transformation.

She also designs and facilitates customer-specific workshops and trainings to uncover client needs in organisational and/or process change.  She is certified for Scrum Master and Scrum@Scale from Scruminc. (Jeff Sutherland, creator of Scrum).
