Jane is qualified at Master Black Belt level, with over 30 years’ experience working in Healthcare in Canada, the UK, Ireland and the USA.

Jane trained as a registered general nurse (RGN) in London and then as a registered paediatric nurse (RSCN) gaining a postgraduate diploma in Emergency Nursing in 1992.She graduated with a Master’s Degree In Strategic Quality Management from the University of Limerick in 2011. She has worked in various operational and managerial positions, including Director of Continuous Improvement and Transformation

Specializing in change management and people engagement, Jane has led numerous successful facilitation initiatives with diverse stakeholders from different disciplines and organizations in both the Public and Private sector. Her Lean expertise and experience has enabled her to work effectively with front line staff, senior executives, Boards of Directors, and community groups at organizational, regional and provincial levels to achieve positive and sustainable change. Driving efficiencies while helping organizations adopt a culture of continuous Improvement and staff engagement continues to be something she is very passionate about.
