Head of Technology Services

Jonathan is an experienced project manager and techno-functional IT Professional, with a background in financial accounting and software engineering. He has an MBA from the University of Bradford and is a PRINCE2 certified Project Manager. Jonathan has a proven track record of success in designing and implementing digital solutions within a wide range of industries.

With over 20 years’ experience in IT solutions and compliance, he has experience of implementing ISO9001 for the R&D function of a multinational software company and, more recently, designing a program of work for an Operator of Essential Services to achieve compliance with the Network and Information Security Directive.

Jonathan is experienced in developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies having delivered several key projects for clients using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse and Sharepoint and is an expert in “low-code” technologies.

He has strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate and relate to all levels of an organisation.
