Nick has delivered major improvements through business process transformation and supply systems innovation. He brings exceptional supply chain, procurement and operations expertise to fully optimize supply performance and deliver significantly increased value. He has over 20 years senior level experience working for international consultancy firms (including Booz Allen & Hamilton), large corporations (Glanbia, Diageo) – in Global Procurement Director positions - as well as for a variety of Irish SME businesses and government agencies.

For these organizations he has held executive leadership positions, managed programs that included the strategic diagnosis of performance, capability improvement plans, organization redesign and the taking procurement from a tactical to strategic function. He has deep experience in tendering, contract negotiations, supplier performance management and installing appropriate KPI measures. Across Supply Chain areas in manufacturing, services and retail he has led IT systems implementations, introduced sustainability policies, built optimisation models and carried out process analysis /redesign. These assignments have all been supported by his broad experience in production/operations management, planning, resource scheduling and logistics.

Educated with BSc in Mechanical Engineering and later with an MBA and recent Diplomas in Sustainability and Business Model Innovation.
