Pat is our senior transformation practitioner with the ability to connect with all levels of an organisation, from C-suite in developing strategy and direction, to front line coaching & mentoring, imparting expertise to enable self-sustaining teams.

Pat’s expertise is in operational excellence and advising on change management & strategy with some of the largest companies in the world. He has over 24 years’ experience of executing Lean, change management and transformation programs in services, manufacturing, and the public sector.

Pat is comfortable and effective working with local, strategic & global multi-national, leadership teams in a variety of capacities:  Strategy Deployment, Hoshin Kanri, Lean Reviews of Large Capital Investments, Planning & Managing Change.

He is a Stanford University certified project/program management practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean manufacturing expert awarded by the University of Kentucky (Toyota affiliated) and Prosci certified change management practitioner.

Pat in his previous roles supported 31 geographical locations in financial, supply chain, process & quality improvement initiatives. He is experienced in a variety of sectors including online retail & logistics, pharmaceuticals (generics & innovator), medical devices, customer service centres, back office and support functions, healthcare, publishing, printing, plastics, and retail.

Pat has supported several large transformation programs in pharma, retail, food & drink, and the postal services.
