Reagan brings over 15 years of professional experience throughout the Middle East and Europe, specialising as a Lean Trainer. Reagan has spearheaded numerous large-scale transformation programs, including the development, rollout, and delivery of global Lean Six Sigma training initiatives.

Initially starting as a Black Belt within Financial Services, Reagan expanded their expertise across various sectors such as FMCG, Supply Chain, Pharmaceuticals, Shipping, and NGO Global Fleet Management. As Project Director at Hertz International in London, Reagan provided turnaround solutions that drove significant cost savings and led a company-wide transformation project in the Middle East. Reagan's extensive experience in the Middle East includes working with notable clients such as Aramex, dnata, Electra Exhibitions, and Abu Dhabi Police. Reagan has been supporting Aramex for over 5 years running their Lean Training Programs and Senior Lean Leadership Program.

Reagan is a Scrum Master and holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Villanova University) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Ohio State University.
