Rick has been practicing Lean in excess of 25 years.  He has many years experience implementing Lean in healthcare, city services, Canada Post, advanced education and insurance industries. He brings his vast and varied experience and understanding to every new industry he undertakes.

Rick’s education in business and computer technology enhances his understanding of Lean concepts as they relate to real business opportunities and obstacles. Rick is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who has trained and mentored in excess of 800 professionals and supports clients in reaching new heights, whether through cost savings, capacity enhancement or system re-design.
