Tom is an experienced consultant with a strong background in quality manufacturing, operations and manufacturing engineering, as well as quality engineering with specific and invaluable experience in the manufacturing and services sectors.

His experience is both multi-level (up to Engineering Manager/Business Leader) and multi-functional (Engineering, Operations, Quality).

He has overseen, led and been involved in several high-value projects and programmes for both SMEs and multinationals to the value of €10 million. These projects have ranged in nature from technical, operational, logistical and behavioural.
