Program Content & Structure

The Lean for Municipalities Green Belt program is made up of eight courses. Assessment is based on completing a work-based improvement project (50%) and an online multiple-choice exam (50%). Assessment

Assessment is based on completing a multiple-choice exam online (50%) and submission of a work-based improvement project (50%). Upon successful completion participant will receive Lean Green Belt certification from Leading Edge Group.

Diploma in Project Management

Through Leading Edge Group’s partnership with the Australasian Leadership Academy Pty Ltd (ALA), students who successfully complete Leading Edge Group’s Lean Green Belt training program can attain a Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820) through ALA’s RTO 41012. ALA’s Diploma of Project Management is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), offering pathways towards PM Industry Certification (RegPM CPPP & CPPM) and International Project Management Association (IPMA).

Key Information

This program can be delivered through self-paced e-Learning or instructor-led (for groups of participants). One-to-one online mentoring support is provided throughout the program.
