An operational excellence programme supported by simple governance and a clear vision was established and resulted in large cash savings, improved capacity and capability. This brought about a real culture change that is driving the organisation past €3bn sales and beyond.
Capability and capacity increased across the client’s sites, whilst cost savings in the region of €2 million were realised (€4m annualised).
The client became the first European winner of the Leading Edge Group International Continuous Improvement Excellence Award in recognition for successfully deploying a tailormade operational excellence programme, across six European processing facilities in 2016 resulting in financial benefits of €2.4m.
