Supported a large business transformation for a public sector organization across seven individual divisions. We helped align a Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy with the organization’s overall strategy and led a successful transition to a CI enabled organization.

The key results included cost savings: Year 1 – €7.5M (65 CI projects), Year 2 – €8.5M (227 CI projects) and Year 3 – €4.5M (169 CI projects).
