Leading Edge Group worked with the client to develop their executive alignment, strategy and governance from which, we devised the specific actions and areas of focus for this Lean Plus program. Relevant projects were identified and a plan was developed for continuous improvement training courses including a Green Belt Program. The focus was on:

  • Understanding the concepts behind the Lean initiative
  • Understanding the linkage between the Lean initiative and the overall strategy
  • Creating awareness of a Lean deployment Single Plan
  • Creating awareness of the expected results of the Lean initiative
