Machine Visioning and Serialisation Solutions: Lean Transform

Leading Edge Group carried out a full Lean Transformation and culture change which was required by the client to support a significant growth in the business. Phase 1 of the project alone delivered Digital Lean Maturity Assessments, strategy alignment, communications planning, team selection and mobilisation followed by mapping of five core value streams in Phase 2 of the project. 69 improvement opportunities were identified with 36 just do it’s and 17 Lean projects executed. Overall benefits included better cash management and forecasting capability and higher levels of bookings with an increased customer base.
